Introduction

These terms and conditions, together with the Data Protection Policy, Website Terms of Use, Client Declaration Form and any other information brought to your attention before you submit your application, form the basis of your contract with Casablanca United LLC, hereafter "the Company", "we", "us". Please read these carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations, and all services offered and accepted are subject to these terms and conditions. References to "you" and "your" include all persons named on the ETA application and for whom the ETA application is to be made the ("the User"). In these terms and conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

By instructing the Company to undertake services on your behalf, the User is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Services offered

The services offered by the company consists of but is not limited to the processing of ETA applications and/or other documents for Users for the purposes of travel to the United Kingdom ("Offered Service").

Important Notice:

The Company is not an advisory service. The Company provides carefully collected information, which is, and must be taken as, only an interpretation of the information provided by the UK home office. The Company cannot be held liable for any omissions or errors in the information provided. You are strongly advised to check all information. Any costs incurred by following the information provided by the Company, without first checking its accuracy, are solely your responsibility.

Payments, refund & cancellation

Refunds: Full refunds for cancellations only if the ETA application has not yet been submitted to the relevant authorities. Once submitted, all payments become non-refundable and non-transferable.
Contract formation: By supplying the necessary information, users agree for the company to make application(s) for ETA on the user's behalf. Upon submitting the application form with necessary information and making payment of the service charge, a contract will be formed between the user and the company; such contract is subject to and governed by these terms and conditions.
Cancellation: You may cancel your order and request a refund only if your ETA application has not yet been submitted to the relevant authorities. Once submitted, the order becomes final, and cancellation is no longer possible. Review your ETA application carefully before making payment.
Delivery: The company will send the approved ETA details by email to the user. It is the user's responsibility to check the inbox and the junk mail box for received emails/notifications from the company.
Taxes: Unless indicated otherwise, the fees include all applicable sales taxes (e.g. VAT), levies, and other duties.

Liability & limitations

By instructing the company for the provision of the offered service, the user accepts all requirements, restrictions and limitations of liability set out in all documentation forming the contract between the parties.
Your responsibilities: We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel, or incur any other loss because the user has not complied with any passport, visa, ETA, immigration requirements or health formalities. You agree to reimburse us in relation to any fines or other losses which we incur as a result of your failure to comply with any passport, visa, ETA, immigration requirements or health formalities.
Government decisions: The company cannot be held liable for any decision made by the UK government with regards to a user's ETA application, and the user accepts that the company has no involvement in the decision made by the UK government. The company cannot accept any responsibility for or be held liable for the actions of any delaying or not issuing the ETA or any other failure or error on the part of the UK government for any reason whatsoever nor can the company be held liable for any expenses or delays incurred as a result.
Application accuracy: The company cannot be held liable for incomplete, incorrectly or falsely completed applications forms, or inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation. The user is under an obligation to provide correct and accurate information to the company and the company cannot be held liable for any failure by the user to do so.
Travel safety: You are responsible for making yourself aware of all official advices and warnings in regard to the safety of the countries and areas in which you will be travelling and to make your decisions accordingly.
Communication: The company cannot be held liable for any delay or failure of a user failure of receiving emails and/or notifications from the company for whatsoever reason.

Legal & jurisdiction

If any (singular or plural) provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision(s) shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
Any dispute, claim or other matter which may arise in relation to your electronic travel authorization application and/or offered service will be governed by US law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of US.

Data protection & privacy

Information We Collect & how We use it

Casablanca United LLC will collect personal information from the application form which you submit to us upon instruction; passport photocopies and any other documentation provided to us for the purposes of your ETA application. This will include but is not limited to the User's name, contact details such as your address, phone and email and holiday destination. Personal information may also be gathered from when you write email us to make an enquiry.

Website terms

The User's use of the Website and/or the Offered Service is on the strict understanding that the Website and/or the Offered Service is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be relied upon when making any related travel or other decision. The information contained within the Website and/or the Offered Service is provided without warranties expressed or implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website and/or the Offered Service. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website and/or the Offered Service nor, that any representation or statement contained on the Website will be error free.

Complaints

We will make our best endeavors to ensure your ETA application goes smoothly. However, in the rare event that you are not happy with the service you have received and wish to make a complaint, we request that you notify the Company of your complaint by email as soon as possible to support@ukieta.com. Complaints should be marked for the attention of: Customer Service Manager at Casablanca United LLC.

Legal & jurisdiction

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision(s) shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force. Any dispute, claim or other matter which may arise in relation to your electronic travel authorization application and/or Offered Service will be governed by US law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of US.

Cookies, security & your rights

Cookies and technical information

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalized service. They enable us:

  • To estimate our audience size and usage pattern;
  • To store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customize our site according to your individual interests;
  • To speed up your searches;
  • To recognize you when you return to our site.

You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. Where We have given you (or where you have chosen) a password or PIN codes which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password or PIN code confidential. We ask you not to share it with anyone.

We have taken all reasonable steps to have appropriate security measures in place to protect your information. The transmission of information via the internet is never completely secure. We exclude our liability for personal data lost in transmission to the website.

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
